My Recommended Dishes.

 

For my first dish, i recommend The Red Duck Curry. It's a smooth curry that has a bit of kick, and  it's served with jasmin rice.

Another new popular dish i recommend is Phad si xiw (pad-see-ew), a noodle dish served with chicken and a different variaty of vegetables made with black soya sauce.  

Both great for a family dinner.

And for lovers of spice i recommend Phad prik gang, filled with flavour, and has just the right level of spice, not too spicey but not too mild. i'm looking forward to cooking for all of you, thank you and have a nice day.
